Your distributor extranet space is now available, a support site exclusively dedicated and accessible to our distributors with a machine park, available 24/7.
You will find a whole set of modules classified by range (STERIPLUS™/STERISHRED®) dedicated to your technical support:
- Explanation videos to help with the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of your machines as well as remote training tutorial videos for all the machines.
- There are also sections dedicated to downloading software updates for the machines and access to all technical documentation (user, maintenance, and installation manuals).
The extranet is divided into two main parts: the technical part, which is currently available, and the sales and marketing part, which will soon be accessible for users. You will find all the documents for commercial purposes such as brochures, product sheets and other marketing content to download according to your needs. The platform is evolving, new contents will be systematically updated as well as new sections according to your needs. It is currently only available in English; we will inform you as soon as new languages are available.
Our goal? Offering you an interface thought and designed for your comfort, giving you efficient tools, rich in technical contents with a practical and useful site, ideal to make you gain in independence on your support actions.
